You’ve made an excellent choice to get married in the beautiful Okanagan Valley!
Whether you’re getting married in the North Okanagan (Vernon, Coldstream, Lumby area), Central Okanagan (Lake Country, Kelowna, West Kelowna, Peachland) or South Okanagan (Summerland, Penticton, Oliver, Keremos, Kaleden, Osoyoos), you cannot go wrong here!
Now that the proposal has happened, you’ve started planning for your wedding day. Choosing a wedding photographer is a big decision. It’s important to find someone with a photography style that you love but it’s equally as important to find someone that is a good fit with your two personalities.
My style of wedding photography can be described as documentary style and photojournalistic. This means that the images from your wedding day will tell a story. Your wedding package will have posed portraits but there will also be many beautiful, romantic candid, natural photos capturing all the details and the special moments that happen in between the big moments! Part of the photojournalistic aspect of photography is the true-to-life colours. You can expect your wedding photos to represent exactly how things looked on the day.
You can expect a fairly large amount of images from a photojournalistic wedding. As an example, Collection A will provide you with around 800 images and 1600 files as I provide black and white edits, as well. This gives you an excellent selection to choose from for when you create your wedding album!
There is a complimentary engagement session included in each wedding collection. This allows us to get to know each other before the big day and also gives you an idea of what it’s like to be in front of the camera. The engagement session is an hour long and you will receive between 40 and 60 images ( 80 to 120 files including the black and white edits). The engagement session images can make a wonderful album for your wedding guests to sign!
